For a limited time we are offering free worldwide shipping to all our customers. Orders over £100 will be dispatched the next working day via DHL Express, and via Royal Mail for orders under £100.

Free Shipping within the UK

The delivery cost per orders within the UK is free of charge. 
All items purchased within the UK are dispatched the next working
day using a tracked service. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
Express Next Day Delivery is available for a charge of £9. 
Tracking numbers are provided once item has been dispatched.
If you need something urgently, we can offer same day delivery for London addresses, but please contact us directly so we can advise the cost and delivery time. Same day delivery within London is only available
Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.


 Shipping within the EU 

All items being shipped to the EU are sent via DHL Express
andare dispatched the next working day.
Shipping within Europe is charged at £12 per order.
Please allow up to 3-5 working days for delivery.
Tracking numbers are provided once item has been dispatched.


Shipping outside the EU

All items being shipped outside the EU are sent via DHL Express
and are dispatched the next working day.
The shipping cost is £18 per order.
Please allow up to 5-7 working days for delivery.
Tracking numbers are provided once item has been dispatched.
Please remember your country may enforce customs fees, or import duties on the purchase,
that you the buyer will be responsible for.
All items are sent on a DDP 'Delivery Duty Unpaid' basis.
Riona Treacy cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities charge any import duty. 


Tracking your order 

All our items are sent using a tracked service.
Once you place your order you will get a confirmation email.
When the order has been dispatched we will send you the tracking details.


How do I return an item?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us via email. This way we can help rectify any problems and expect your return. Once you have notified us, please return the item(s) in an unworn and resellable condition, with all labels and in original packaging and wrappings. 
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective item or shipping error. We advise customers to use a tracked service and obtain proof of postage,
as we cannot be liable for items that get lost in transit.

Can I return sale items?

There is no return on discounted or sale items.
